6. 2002 FERRARI 360 MODENA AND LENNIA
Some promotional photographs of exotic and luxurious supercars with a lovely female model project an image of luxury, sophistication, and elegance, this one is different. Lennia, the model sitting on the hood of a 2002 Ferrari 360 Modena, seems timid by contrast. She could have just thought to the dog owner, taking the picture, “C’mon, let me drive your Ferrari. I’ve never driven a pricey sports car.”
The Ferrari 360 Modena came built with 3.6-liter, DOHC V8 coupled to a 6-speed automatic transmission that produced 400 hp at 8500 rpm. It accelerated from 0 to 60 mph in 4.6 seconds; a little slow by today’s standards, sure, but respectable for the period. What could fail? Let her drive it!
5. PAGANI, LUXURIOUS BOAT, AND MODEL
Pagani got its start as an automotive brand when Horacio Pagani, former head of Lamborghini’s composites department, decided to branch out on his own and appeal to the world’s most sophisticated car buyers, for whom Lamborghini just wasn’t cutting the mustard. Initially, Pagani caused Lamborghini to generate the Countach’s 25th Anniversary special and projects such as the LM002 SUV. By enough time the Zonda Roadster pictured above to enter the market in 2017, Zonda’s costs had completely eclipsed Lamborghini’s and the brand has become recognized whilst the producers of some of the very elegant, unique, and powerful supercars the world has ever seen.
